Spring Wire Insulators: Perm-A-Lator®
Perm-A-Lator® spring wire insulator products protect against pocketing and the Oil-Tempered wires give "spring-back" to the cushioning. Perm-A-Lator® comes in 3 different styles: Standard, Head-To-Foot, and Posturizer™

• Standard Perm-A-Lator® is 19 gauge oil-tempered wires on 1" or 1-1/4" spacing piercing kraft center cords and knotted around kraft border cords.
• Head-To-Foot Perm-A-Lator® is 19 gauge oil-tempered wires on 1-1/2" spacing piercing kraft center cords and knotted around kraft border cords.
• Posturizer™ Perm-A-Lator® is 19 gauge oil-tempered wire running head-to-foot on 1" or 1-1/4" spacing piercing 6 or 8 Perm-A-Tough strands spaced 4" apart at pad center. Spacer cords on end thirds are HDPE tubing and wires are knotted around HDPE tubing.
